We will create and host a listing for the Member on the Platform, including a profile page (photos, menu, hours, location, contact/booking links), promotional features, and editorial/social coverage at our reasonable discretion.
We will build and maintain the page. The Member is not required to do any technical work.
The Member joins as a Founding Member. During the Founding Period, the listing is provided free of charge. Founding Members receive priority placement during launch.
The Founding Period runs from the date of this agreement through the Platform's public launch plus 6 months.
At the end of the Founding Period, continued membership is 3,000 baht/month.
We will notify the Member at least 30 days before the first charge. The Member may decline to continue and the listing will be removed, with no further obligation.
We charge no commission on the Member's sales, bookings, or orders, and no per-click or per-lead fees. Membership is the only fee.
The Member grants us permission to photograph the venue and to use the Member's name, logo, menu, photos, and business details for the purpose of creating and promoting the listing across the Platform and its social channels.
The Member confirms it has the right to provide this material.
This agreement is non-exclusive. The Member is free to advertise or list elsewhere.
Either party may end this agreement at any time with 14 days' written notice (email or LINE is fine). On cancellation, we will remove the listing.
There are no fees during the Founding Period and no penalty for cancelling.
The Member is responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides (menu, prices, hours) and will let us know of changes.
We make no guarantee of specific traffic, customers, or revenue. The Platform is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.
